Bel ka sharbat | Swadeshi Ayurved

Bel ka sharbat is a healthy drink made from the bel fruit, also called wood apple. The fruit is hard outside but soft and sweet inside. To make bel juice, the fruit pulp is mixed with water, sugar, and sometimes spices like black salt or cumin. Bel juice is very good for health. It helps in digestion and cools the body in summer.
